Standard Delivery

You can expect to receive your order via standard Australia Post eParcel shipping within 5-7 business days to major cities, 7-10 business days for other destinations and 10-14 business days for more remote areas from the despatched date. You can track your order here. It may take up to 2-3 days to the tracking details to be update on with Australia Post.
We suggest having your parcel shipped to your workplace if no one is home during the day to ensure safe receipt.

Express Delivery

Express shipping cost is $35.00, and orders are delivered within 2-3 business days from the date of dispatch. This excludes any time required for customs clearance if your order is being delivered directly from our overseas suppliers, which is out of our control.
Please note that fragrance or home scent orders cannot be sent via express shipping.
